Are you caring and nurturing for those around you at the expense of your own health? On this very unique retreat, Emotional & Fitness expert Lisa Ceizyk will help you learn to ‘put your own oxygen mask on first’, so you can achieve the outside your inside always wanted and discover how to re-fire your mind, body & spirit!

The ultimate goal for this trip is far more than weight loss. Lisa has helped thousands of women realize that real permanent change happens first on the inside, and only then IT will manifest on the outside. You’ll learn to visualize then produce the outside your inside always wanted. After all-you ARE worth it.


All fitness levels are welcome, and classes will be adjusted according to individual needs. Lisa will lead a variety of classes throughout the retreat ranging from HIIT (high intensity interval training) using body weight exercises out in ‘nature’s gym’–the white sand private beach, to ‘fight for the woman in the mirror’ boxing classes, and a daily mindful meditation soaking in the singing of the birds, the sound of the waves, the swaying of the gentle ocean breeze and smelling exotic flowers to re-fire your spirit. A special bonus of beginning each day with aerial yoga taught by a world renowned Yoga expert in the private oceanside Yoga Shala is also included.

Lisa combines these fitness training sessions with emotional & mindset lessons to help overcome fears, remove doubts, build self esteem, and most of all, find your “I am”. Whatever follows “I am” is coming looking for you. You will replace negative tapes in your head with powerful “I am” tapes starting the first day of the retreat.

Wellness & Healing

Each day you will learn to prepare fresh organic healthy meals using ingredients that are locally sourced to fuel your bodies, clear your minds, and retrain your taste buds while dining at the oceanfront surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Some highlights will include replacing emotional eating with mindful eating, RE-LEARNING how to breathe, healing the weight of the past so you no longer carry it into the future, discovering ways to eliminate cravings & overeating, learning how to stop emotionally reacting and most importantly REALIZING you ARE worth it.


In addition to Lisa helping you break down walls, re-firing your mind, body & spirit, you will also enjoy free time in the lush tropical setting on excursions like kayaking out to a private island, biking and snorkeling in the serene turquoise water.. There is a private white sand virgin beach and outdoor pool on premise so there will be plenty of time to relax and decompress.

Lisa’s goal for you is that by the time you leave the retreat you recognize the woman in the mirror again & more importantly, recognize that she IS worth it. You will then utilize all the tools you’ve learned on the retreat to make taking care of  yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually a habit in your life again—or maybe for the first time ever.

Meet Lisa Ceizyk

Lisa Ceizyk began her career as a fitness trainer at the age of 45 after losing 80lbs. Expanding on her enormous success, she introduced a new platform combining mind, body and soul fitness. Using elements of inspiration, nutrition, and personal training with her degree in psychology, expertise in healing work and her experience as an addictions counselor, she has transformed not only her own life but the lives of thousands
of other women of all ages.

A highly sought-after personal trainer, host of The Potty Mouth Preacher podcast, certified women’s empowerment and healing coach, retreat leader, Lisa lives in Nashville with her husband, daughter, and two cockapoos, Elvis & Emmy.
